How did you blow it at 8 pounds Hondata tuned? Just curious...

I personally would buy another stock B16A and just keep on boosting...

buy a b20 long block and put your head on it... given I dont know much about b16/ b20 ****.

or a built b16.

Talk to GE, get some Godzilla sleeves, some nice Manley Rods, JE Pistons, stroke it out to 1.8l, or seeing some people don't like stroking you can bore it out to 1.8, and get it tuned, I think that would be a nice setup right there. In fact, here you go https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=412365.

This is GEs thread on their block packages.

Stay with your b16A block that you have in your car and make it 1.8 liters.

That way you can pass visual smog....

Just a thought....also, the 1.8 liter B16A block is one of the best turbo blocks hands down.

do not listen to these fools who are telling you to stroke out the b16 to 1.8L, your r/s ratio would be absolutely horid, and you thought the b18's r/s sucked? It has a taller deck height!

Yeah I was in your shoes about a year ago to date. I opted to go with a B18a block sleeved by GE, Arias Pistons, and Eagle rods. I must say I love the Ls-Vtec with boost. Car made 360 horses at 18 psi but shop tuning it really didnt know what they were doing (Polk Performance), the car has a lot more in it than 360. Car is going back to dyno this afternoon (if my dad makes it, im deployed so hes taking care of it for me). Ill post numbers for you when I recieve them.

hhahah who said anything about stroking
jeff was most likely talking about sleeveing and boring the B16a2 out to 85mm
NOW THAT WOULD BE A TURBO MOTOR!

also what's wrong with stroking the B16?
My tech guy has a B16a2 stroked to 1.8 with the Toda Kit. he runs 13.6 all motor and in a 2600 sleeper delslow! I think this season he's talking about SLEEVING & boring it out to 84.5mm......can you say B16a1=2.0 vtec?
right now he makes like 220whp so he should be into the 240ish this upcoming season.
Not braging about him, just proving a point that you can go wrong with a QUALITY stroker kit in a B16a!

I judge this guy UberTeg is no doubt on the Endyn end of things for just coming out without even knowing me, callign me names, and fool, and etc...

well, just so you know UberTeg, If you read my web site.

We don't stroke B16A's. We are against it.

I was talking abotu sleeving it, with 85 MM bore.

All you had to do was look it up. Instead, you wanted to HATE from the beginning.

You should try and make friends over making enemies. If I can forgive Larry, then anything is possible.

You think we can be friends? Or do you think this hate reign will continue?

Thanks for listening.
