Default Blowing some blue smoke..?

My b18c has seen its fair share of track time..

Its pig rich.. So when doing WOT pulls i notice some black smoke.. And it smokes blue a bit, especially at the begging of each gear after i shift from redline.

Now.. I have always kept my engine a little overfull of oil, i dont know why i jus thave.

Is it possible that since its overfull its blowing it out the PCV and being burned?

Would a catch can help me out at all?

i would say the rich condition might be causing it
might be washing the wals down , of course it depends on how rich it really is
