Default Blowd Head gasket 2 liter turbo

Hey.

I hope you can give some advice.

I bougth JG Engine dynamic engine. I assemble block and head, I used oem GE overborred 84mm head gasket, arp head studs, I torque 65 torqeu with arp molly.

We out together everthing.

We drove at 5 psi, about 100km. I pull it too 6000 rpm, I did it some times.

It started too leak on the 3 cylinder, the hole road was full off white smoke.

I have good A/F about 12-12.5 and only 5 psi sleeved b18c jdm engine.

managment system is crome.

some idea??

Jg sleeved blocks have been known to never be right. I personally know 2 people who have had sleeves that were messed up and wouldn't seal. Good luck getting them to fix it too.

75 psi with the studs. i think i did the oem specs with an additional step to 75. (27,61,75??? i kinda forgot lol). yeah i stripped a headstud nut on the last step. the stud is fine.

anyway ive had similar problems but to a less extent with aebs sleeves. i had the **** decked out of the block and it fixed it. also new oe gasket helped as well with a brand new set of headstuds

It is a lot of work too deck the block.

I will try with a new gasket and 75 psi.
