Black Annodizing intercoolers. Who is a good source for the money???
I have a big Precision AS 1019 intercooler on the way and I want to disguise it somewhat so I dont have this big shinny intercooler to attract a bunch of attention. Who is a good annodizer for intercooler? How much does it usually cost?
Also, I've been thinking of stepping up the inlet size on the intercooler from 2.75" to 3.0". I'm going to be runnning 3" charge pipes and dont want to have a to use a transition to a smaller size right before the intercooler. Do you think there will be much of a gain by changing the endtanks to 3" in and out since I'm using all 3" charge piping?
BTW, for those that haven't heard about the AS-1019 it is a 27" * 10.5" * 3.5" intercooler core. A total of 34.5" long with endtanks. It is supposed to support an extra 75hp over the AS 1026

full race does them, also look at a paintball shop that makes custom marker bodies. they should be able to handle it if it is brand new and clean.

never thought of a paintball place. good idea. i had my fishbone body annodized black a while ago.
