Biggest injectors on stock ECU II...
I've asked this before and I kind of have some questions on running a turbocharged ITR on the stock ECU. More or less out of curiosity I plan on seeing how much power I can get out of an internally stock B18C5, stock ECU etc...Currently I run Ghetto fuel management, Stock injectors, 12:1 FMU, Acell Inline fuel pump, Missing link check valve, I make 282whp and 198tq untuned @ a measly 7psi I'm runnig a custom kit I put together around a Turbonetics 60-1 HIFI turbo. I want to now upgrade injectors(stay with saturated), Add a VAFC, and tune it with a wideband for 8psi of boost. My main concern is injector size, and what to do with the FMU? Keep the inline Fuel pump?
My initial thought and logic tells me to do 370cc injectors, change to 6:1 FMU, add VAFC, and keep inline fuel pump...Is that a logical option? Maybe go with 440cc's, 4:1 FMU, VAFC, keep inline pump?
Sorry for the long post, and I know the "better" resolution is standalone, but I want to try this out just for the hell of it and see what kind of power can be made.

most of the people around here are using the vafc hack with 440cc injectors. I think that would be beneficial choice as well.

VAFC, 4:1 and 440's would be the solution. You would have to lean out the fuel on the vafc quite a bit. I would upgrade to a walboro 255 high pressure and ditch the inline pump. I have seen setups good up to 400 hp or so.

440cc or 450cc injectors, ditch the inline pump and fmu, and upgrade to bigger intank pump. Should be OK to tune it with AFC. I'm also planning this setup same as you with stock B18C6 at around 7-10psi before I upgrade later to Power FC or another standalone...
