Bigger TB on turbo motor?

Bigger TB on turbo motor?
WIll a bored out throttle body make THAT big of a difference on a forced induction motor? I know it will on N/A motors but being that the air is 'forced' on a turbo will having the TB bored out allow more forced air in to be burned? Just a thought
