300-350 would be nice and I got a cheap header 370cc injectors golden eagle fuel rail, black works fuel pressure regulator and walbaro 255 fuel pump. And I'm getting a skunk 2 pro series intake manifold.

For 300-350whp, you'll need at least some 550cc injectors, but 720s would be my suggestion.
As for the turbo choice, there are 50 different units that will do what you need - its up to you to decide how/where you want to spend your money. The EFR series (suggested above) is an awesome choice; however, its more or less $2k for the turbo alone whereas a a simple Garrett T3/T04e 50 trim is like $600...and both will make the power you want.

That's for you to decide on that area.. Again, you need to state the official goals and purpose as to what you're trying to do ,for us to even help recommend the family of turbochargers you'd need to be in. Simply just giving suggestions without information would be detrimental to both yourself and others who are viewing this on your thread.
Look at the price points AFTER you've made the selection process of what power level, goals and family of turbochargers you're looking to. All turbochargers are rated to their maximum efficiency points AT THE CRANK.
You may not spend 2K for the turbocharger itself, but depending upon the options, use, and supplemental equipment needed to have it run properly and flawlessly, don't be surprised if you're close to that number in the long run. Just prepare for it, and get the other equipment at a future date.

Yes absolutely. Dont buy a single thing until you have done more research. Otherwise you will be making a WTS thread titled BNIB because you came to realize that choice might not have been the best.
My suggestion is google and advance search on here key words to pull up threads to get information from. Drain this site of knowledge so when you decide to buy, you know you are getting what you want.
For example the Skunk intake. Huge waste of money that isnt needed for your goals. That money could go towards a wastegate. You know something you will NEED. There, lesson and example one.

But for the preformer x it doesn't state which one would fit on my b18b just for the b18c and b16. Or does it not matter. I mean I'm sure y'all get that I'm not to knowledgeable about any of this. I'm kinda new to Honda stuff. And the diy car stuff in general. But I'm smart and can bolt on anything I've already put on everything I listed before myself. Besides the injectors. I'm waiting to install them at the tune place before it gets tuned.

Here's my suggestion - figure out which pieces are REQUIRED for the setup to work and get those lined up. Then bother with the ancillary parts like IM, cams, throttle body, FPR, fuel rail, etc. Those can help the setup perform better, but are not in any way required for the goals you've listed.
A bone stock, healthy B series with a basic turbo setup will make the power you're looking for. K.I.S.S.

Also, other than when searching for a MAP sensor, you needn't worry about PSI. Its an irrelevant measurement unless used in a very specific context. Youre better off saying "i want to daily my car at like 325whp" because that actually means something...
