under 10psi/ low compression 11.5:1 ish, over that 11.0:1.(If you are only street tuning) Cruising 15:1

I'm not sure if the question was read correctly. He's asking AFR, not compression.
The target is generally 12. It's pretty hard to get it dead on, so I err on the side of caution and go for ~11.8 +/- 0.2
I would start with part throttle and work your way down the map. If you just tune WOT, you could have a potentially destructive situation in part throttle.
And, along with decent AFR tuning, TUNING TIMING IS CRITICAL. You can have a perfect AFR and blow your **** up with advanced timing. The timing map is thrown off by the percent of your injector hack, if that is what you are doing. 240cc-310cc=23% screwed in a bad (advanced) way. Even then stock timing is not recommended. -.8 degrees per psi is a common place to start.
14.7 is stoch and is what you should get during closed loop/crusing.
Post your setup if you need more info.

Here is what my tuner did to my car:
At cruising speed when in VAC still it shows anywhere from 12-15 AFR.
As soon as I hit BOOST at 4600 RPM my AFR jumps right to 11.8. I can tell you that is a very safe tune that mostly everyone here will recommend you shoot for.
Now as for timing, I'm NO mechanic so better ask someone. We left my cam gears alone. I told tuner I just want a safe daily driver. So answer to your question...

Re: (thewrai6th)
well on my last crx i tuned it myself using zdyne which i will be doing again on this crx i had fuel comp for boost at 180-185 % range and timing was .75* retard per psi of boost and it seemed to run great.. but before i never used a wide band so i guess i got lucky.. this is all on stock block d16a6 motor.. i was runnin around 16 psi daily... ill prob run 12-15 ish on this motor daily driver so ill shoot for around 11.8 wot i guess , im using 450cc injectors also.

if you adjust the intake cam gear, it will change base ignition timing, being that the distributor runs off the intake ccam. if u switch it around, then you need to hit it with a timing light and re zero the base timing.
all the tunes ive done have the car around 14-15 at idle, and up to around 10 vacuum. from 10-0 vacuum i bring it down to the mid 13's, look for high 12s at boost transition, and yeah, 11.8:1 if i can get it.
my car that i had tuned by a professional runs vacuum in the 15's, and around 5 vacuum it dips 13s, holds mid to low 11's all the way up through 17-18 psi

Re: (blackeg)
my ecu has boost comp % and * timing retard per psi so basically it should do most of the work for me.. my boost comp seems to work best at 180% and timing at .8 or so per psi.... i didnt tune this on a wide band though i just did it by feel till i gained max power from the car without detonation and it worked but i have no idea where the AF ratio was.. this new crx i wanna try same tune but watch the wide band too

im only gonna be running a 8-12" downpipe to the ground off my turbo.. will this effect wideband readings or no? where should i place wide band??

it might a little bit. put the wideband at least 6-8" away from the turbo, but see if you can leave a foot or so before the downpipe exit, meaning you probably have to extend the downpipe to around the firewall

Ideally you'd put the sensor right before the cat, between 10 and 2 o'clock (with 6 o'clock being the ground). The further from the turbo the better, as lots of heat tends to kill the sensor. Although some have it a foot from the turbo and don't have problems, better safe than sorry I guess.
