Best oil to run on turbo hondas
Turboed Gsr with pistons and rods done about 12 psi what kinda oil should i be running the engine got about 4k on it since the rebuild

any oil is fine... just make sure its clean oil ......

There is no "best" oil. Just use whatever's currently working for you.
I ran Castrol GTX as well as Castrol Syntec and they both run practically the same.

I have always ran Castrol 10w40 (switched from 20w50). No problems. It's inexpensive to oil changes were/are frequent

10w30 is pretty accepted as the best of both worlds
thicker oil is less prone to leaky seals but also slows spool up
too thin and it could sneak by your seals if they are questionable
