jdm ys1 with lsd from the xsi integra
whats what i'm going to be runnning on my boosted integra
persionally i think ls trannies will slow down any car quite a bit because the gears are just so much longerbut most likely your going to have to shift into 5th with the b16 tranny

my car traps too high unless I tach to 10500 with anything but my ls. Plus most of the time shifting to 5th will slow you down more than longer gears.

With 450+ whp I would run the ls ... unless you want to tach high and kill bearings.

Im running the B17 tranny that came stock in the 92 GSR. Not sure the part number but i like it. I have had it on 330 to 500 whp setups and it has held good. Just some grinds. Im trying to find a ys1 with LSD for it but cant seem to find one for sell. Anyone have one?

thanks. ive already found a couple of ys1 (ls) trannies for a reasonable price, $250. junkyards ask $500+ for ls trannies with 200k miles on them. i was gonna put up some extra cash if i needed something other than an ls so i wouldnt have to buy another tranny later on, but if the ls works well with high hp then ill just rebuild it and add lsd when i drop the ls-v in my car.

i dont know that ys1's came with lsd. im pretty sure 92-93 gsr's came with ys1's as well, but they are a little different from the ls ys1's.
