sc61 only had about 600 miles if even that. no oil leaks or of that sort. was brand new but some how the turbine wheel seems to have bent. it spins freely until it reaches a certain point, then makes contact with the housing. what could of caused this? overheating and not cooling down?

Oil starvation on the turbine shaft, (too much restriction or didn't prime the turbo) .. or. possibly didn't tighten down bolts on the turbine housing after the tune once the turbo has been heat cycled, or clamps loosened up after initial installation from vibration or other issues.
