Default Ball Bearing Turbo Coolant Lines

Can anyone give me some input on how to run the coolant lines? the coolant ports in the turbo are 3/8npt. I was thinking about running the 3/8npt to 6an - then to a t. then t that to one of the coolant lines. thanks for any input.

tap into the lines that feed the idle control motor or the ehater core lines. i have one coming off my head and then one coming off the idle control motor line

did you guys merge the 2 turbo coolant lines together or just put 2 t's in motor coolant line? and did you guys just use rubber hose w/ barbed fittings?

best way to do it is to pull from the bottom of the radiator and return to the t-stat housing. some pics in sig.

oh and my gt2871 has some kind of 14mm ports on the turbo better chech you size i would hate for you to screw up a new turbo.

The way you did it on your link you are feeding it hot coolant. Coming off the block.

pull it off the heater lines, it's the best palce and you need more than a tiny 3/8" line it needs a decent size coolant line to work right.

well the block is cooler than the head and thats where the lines come off from the intake manifold. now i have it hooked up to the bottom of the radiator and the return is the same.

It doesn't matter at all, the coolant is way cooler than exhaust temps or oil temps and is plenty to keep the bearings nice and cool. Plus the coolant from the block is usually cooler than the coolant coming straight from the cyl head.
