Default bahh!!!! so got back from the track with the slicks...

axles didn't break but the freaking clutch wouldn't grab!!!! time to switch clutch.

I currently have the rps carbon claw...*smells good too!*

anyways, i did a search and most of the turbo guys recommend clutchmasters stage 3 or 4. I'll check it out tom. @ the shop

*need more practice with the slicks*

Clutchnet 6 puck with dual diaphram pressure plate, good for 500+. I believe all clutchnets run a sprung hub.

so how did you end up launching it???? clutchmasters stage 4 or 5 will hold and still be usable on the street. their twin disc (organic) isn't as friendly on the street as the stage 4 or 5's but will hold all the power.

if you've got the big money, get the tilton.

get a good clutch and don't be afraid to launch it. you don't have a tremendous amount of torque out of the hole so launching at 7000-7500 won't kill your axles. what bore is your motor??

Just FYI, I'm a big fan of the ACT 4 puck with the exteme pressure plate. love it.
