Default Baffles in stock oil pan

Has anyone added Baffles to their stock oil pan? Specifically an oil pan for a B16a2 motor?

Just wondering if anyone has pics or descriptions on how they did this. A friend of mine recommended me to do this. I'm gonna be doing a lotta RR and AutoX once the car is finished, and I'd like to have the Xtra insurance available.

You can weld a baffle plate like what Mugen had done on their oil pan. It seems to work really well against oil starvation. I am not sure how it would affect the drag resistance on the crank with oil puddling up the journal.

http://www.10-94.com sells custom oil pan baffles. $60 core if you send them your pan, or you can buy a new one from them. I'd check them out.
