For supercharged or turbo
applications where nitrous
is not an option, NX offers
another alternative. Tne
"N-tercooler". Using either
nitrous or CO2, this unit can
reduce air inlet temperatures
dramatically. In a recent dyno
test a turbocharged Honda
equipped with an NX
"N-tercooler", increased its
baseline by an astonishing 52
HP! If it makes horsepower
it must be Nitrous Express!

gimmicks are funny to me, if it does what it says it does, then I will withdraw my above comments.

Wait..I though N20 reduces temps anyway right? So is this just s small shot of nitrous or something? And couldn't nitrous be used concurrently anyway (it says for system where nitrous cannot be used)... ???
And is this thing a "button" thing or a constant thing that will help your turbo automatically (assuming that you would have to "refuel" it every so often)?

Re: this is bad *** product to use on front mounts (dustin)
I think you mount the bar in front of you intecooler and then you squeeze some nos on it then you get extemeley cold air, with cold air comes more hp. So it is not nosing your engine.

similar to water IC sprayers i've seen and Alcohol IC sprayers.

Who wants water on the track tho? The CO2 would be a kickass combo to allow cooling the intercooler, and noone can bitch that it might be right in front of the filter and letting N2O into the filter and thus the engine...

Re: this is bad *** product to use on front mounts
I'm just wondering why more people aren't using this if it is such a great product.
Seems like a cool idea to me...
I'm assuming you activate it with a switch or something...I'll have to read more up on it. How much is it?

Re: this is bad *** product to use on front mounts (degradated)
you could set it up on a Hobb's (boost pressure) switch so that it will automatically engage when a certain boost pressure is attained, or, if you really wanna get trick, have it activate off of a thermostat/thermocoupler mounted in the intercooler

Can that be mounted on a non-turbo car? Liek somehere one the intake or intake manifold...to chill the air?
