Default Back in Action. My MR GSR is boosted, now better than ever! (Seriously, no 56k)

I finally got my Turbo kit all pieced together, and I've been up at 6am the entire past week installing everything. I must say that it does pay to wait and piece together a kit, this turbo setup is 100420949x better than my last one. My setup is as follows:

Engine: jdm b16a, p30 pistons, stock sleeves
GSR head, venom intake manifold, arp headstuds, new
oem gasket (2kmiles old) no leaks. compression
tested, 260-255-260-260

Turbo kit:
Equal length manifold (full-race style)
Precision gt32e turbo .63 a/r hot side, .60 a/r compressor
tial 38mm wastegate
3" downpipe to 3" e-cutout
24x12x3 intercooler (air-air)
turbo x's bov
2" piping from turbo to IC, then 2.5-2.75" to TB

Fuel:
DSM 450cc injectors
Resistor box
walboro intank 255
aem fuel rail, stock FPR, stock lines

I have a ton of people to thank for all this, so here goes:
Toyosupr, b18b turbo, b18flip, project dc2, Flamenco-T, street imports, Wiredspeed labs, max boost, cheetah, and the list goes on. . .

I have a tunning appointment with Jeff Evans (boosted hybrid) on Thursday September 2nd. I will let you guys know what numbers he can extract as soon as I get back from the dyno!
Ughh. . I'm soooo anxious to get on the throttle. . . .

Now for the pics, I know you guys have all been waiting for lol:

Just a couple things that I arranged when I was bored:

These parts aren't in yet, I'm saving for benson sleeves, and then the shortblock will go in (hint 550+whp):

Last time I see that scary picture:

14" slim fan:

Fitting the FMIC:

Awsome job on the downpipe phil:

Downpipe, manifold, Mccord power plate:

My work area (it's soo much better working out there now than the winter):

Manifold Test Fit:

Quality E-cutout:

Manifold, Turbo, Wastegate Test fit:

Injectors are in, after seal boring etc. .

Little progress pic:

Think I could squeeze another hose clamp on there?

If anyone is doing there resistor box install on a 97GSR here are the ones you use for the injectors:

All wired and loobed, i mean loomed up:

Manifold after a couple miles:

Downpipe started to change:

As little cutting as possible on the bumper cover:

Oil return pic (I know it's not the best, but I was very limited with space between charge piping, E-cutout, etc. . .)

Very clean setup. Nice job and also watch that ground on the valve cover. Not in the right spot.

The other bolt snapped off in the valvecover. There is a ground on the tranny anyway.

Clean installation. What did you use to mount up the intercooler and to what did you mount it to?
