B20b Hybrid CRX EF8 Turbo
Hi guys im about to replace my block this weekend as i ran a bearing at 12psi on my b16a i picked up a b20b block and going to wack my b16a head on it.
Will be running
Running 440cc injectors
Tuned with Bre
Rev limit set at 7200
Now im just wondering what sort of boost figure i should look at the b16a ran reliably for a year at 12psi.
Would the same figure be acceptable for the b20b hybrid or can i go a little higer due to the lower compression
Your thoughts are appreciated
this is my mess atm

detonation is detonation just cause guys have forged pistons doesn't mean they will last longer under detonation as cast unless its very minor. Sleeved blocks the same way, crazy high cylinder pressure shocks will pretty much destroy anything u throw at them

Re: (quicksilver1689)
Um td05-h turbo 38mm external wastegate,
The block will be bone stock with only a block guard and the head just has uprated valve springs
might start at 5psi and go from there
btw that crx is a ute aye

Depends who makes it, if they tuck it right on the oil pan you will be fine.
