Default B20/VTEC turbo Integra Fuel Pump Problems-PLEASE HELP

I have a b20 vtec t3t4 turbo 98 integra. I have the obdII-OBDI conversion completed, aftermarket fuel rail set at 50 lbs with 440 injectors. The walbro 255 fuel pump is where I am having lots of problems. My friend is running fine on the stock fuse with a 255. Mine keeps blowing the fuse. I wired in a relay today and the 30 amp fuse on the power wire going to the pump blew. Is my pump bad or is the wiring bad? Please give specifics on diagnosing. The car used to run just fine prior to the obdii/fuel pump replacement.

Thanks in advance

You've got a short somewhere. Chech your wiring out. Was the fuel pump new or used...pump could be seized. My bet is your wiring.
