Default B20/Vtec engine with T70 single turbo (witch flywheel??)

Hey guys..

I´ve got a b20/v-tec engine with a T70 single turbo. I need a new flywheel cause the B20 block coms with a automatic one.

The engine will have a lot of torque and hp so what kind of flywheel do I need? I´ve tought about a light weight one but is it designed to handle this range of torque? What flywheel would you recommend? (ACT, Exedy....) It should be for street application.
Thanx

With the power you'll be making with the T70, get a tilton. You can run a stock flywheel and tilton kinda like how I did mine. I'll have pics later.

@SIXTYdashONE

I don´t believe that the stock flywheel will handle this power. Whats about a lighter one? Do they have the same strenght than the stock flywheels? What kind of clutch do I need for street application? Any experiences with some clutches???

im making about 550hp on a stock flywheel, and i know some guys who are making over 700 on stock flywheels, please dont tell me otherwise unless you've blown flywheels out of your casing or made the power.

gsr...My guess is the car isnt much of a streetcar, cause lets face it, not many streetcars have T70's. However, If the car is a drag racing car, my advice is just stick with a stock flywheel. when your drag racing, the flywheel doesnt play much of a "Huge" factor with a turbo car. All motor is a little different. Just my theoretic $0.02

The tilton is keeping it simple. The only hard part about it is the price.

No, the hard part is becoming rich to afford it. The easy part is installing it. no need to argue

If you wanted a lighter one just machine down the stock one some. How much is the tilton anyway like 800 bucks?

For the twin cerametallic, it'll probably run anywhere from $1100-1400... SIXTYdashONE knows his **** too so I'm sure you could get away with a setup like him... Good Luck

Hi...

Why've you lost the respect in me and my project. What is the misterious on this project. I've a lot off parts for the car, the supercharger, the t-70, the B20...

The next steeps are darton sleeves, the eagle stroker kit and the full race manifold...

My ECU is an AEM EMS, laying next to me. I think that are the most needed parts for the project...
