Default b20+turbo+heat =problems?

Im going to be getting a b20 installed into my 94 si pretty soon and was thinking about putting on a simple low boost kit like the greddy with an intercooler. Im also going to be moving to Vegas where is gets host as hell all summer long. this car will be driven to and from work daily in traffic as well as trips back and forth from vegas to cali. Is the extreme heat going to cause problems for a turbo setup?

What all can I do to keep the engine running cooler? So far I have already purchased a fluidyne radiator for 92+ civic and plan on using water wetter in the system as well. would adding a VTEC water and oil pump help? How about lower temp thermostat?
