Default b18c1 with stock b16 head or port & polish b16 head?

Hi, I have a crx with a b18c1 gsr engine on turbo and made 391 whp
on 17 psi of boost. It's all forged internals, but the head is stock ( no porting or
valve job) but I have all skunkII valvetrain.
I also have another mild ported & polished b16 head with a 3 angle valve job also
with skunkII valvetrain. Would it be a great difference in HP if I switched heads
and stay with the same psi??
Any suggestions?? Thanks!!

Whenever you can get more air in and more air out, you'll pick up power. I can't say how much power you'll gain, but you should see something
