What sort of power and times are ppl puling with similar setup to my???
Is my car slower than it should be???
I also have a 2.5inch crush bent exhaust should i get a 3inch???
my motor has done 90 000 ks 10.6:1 C/R.
compresion and leak down test all come out perfect Would it be safe to run more boost and how much with a good tune???
i have 750cc RC inj aswell but the motor is stock...

Your problem sounds like tuning. You should be making over 200whp at your boost level.

3inch crushed flows as much as 2.75 mandrel bent

Exhaust has nothing to do with the fact that your car is down about 80 WHP from where it should be. Your tuneup likely sucks, get it on a dyno and get it tuned professionally.

I would agree with this. Tuning the Power FC by commander only really limits your ability on a turbocharged setup.. You'll need either a POWER EXCEL dealer who has the software/hardware interfaces, or FC Datalogit. Either way, your tune seems rather bad.

Ive just installed a FPR and it feels alot better...
Its been tuned for 6.5psi but with the regulator it should handle 10psi safely as the fuel pressure will rise to compensate the extra 3.5 psi???

There is something major wrong with your setup. Your getting about the same WHP as a bolt-on stock B18c which means you have a massive boost leak or some major fueling issues. I'd have someone in your area with some knowledge of FI to look over your car.

Something is deff wrong, get it to someone that has some experience before you hurt your motor. Do you have a wideband in the car? Whats your afr look like? How much total timing are you running? Also check for boost leaks as stated

If u mean total timing as max timing under full load its 44deg..
Static timing at idle is set to 16deg...
not many ppl here in perth have the software or knowlege to tune a turbo honda,, but in a few weeks a tuner from the east coast is coming for a visit and he will tune my car then as he has the correct apexi software and knowlege as he mainly does hondas( his N/A cars are running good times).
Ive had fueling probs wich i think might be sorted with the new reg i installed, and tuning timing isues, and now i got a exhaust leak aswell so im gona take the opotunity to replace it with a 3inch mandrill bent on in a week or 2.

Its extremely hard to get a good launch under boost wheel spin through the 1st 2nd 3rd..

Im no expert but that sounds like way to much timing, I believe on a stock map there about 30-32degreese at WOT, and as a rough estimit you should pull 1 degree per psi of boost... sounds like you have way to much timing there buddy...

My stock gsr made the same power so I'd say something is wrong.

Post up your hi timing values If you can.. Starting from vacume and going into boost (bottom right corner of the chart)

102mph is about right for 165whp (depending on veichle weight), but you should be up in the 230-240whp range.

vehicle weighs 2530lb.
Stock EG civic vti model ( all electrics all round disc brakes and elec sunroof)

I lost my chart but the A/F ratios were all over the place ( but nothing was left unsafe)
mostly runing rich.
The powerFc wasnt responding to well through the hand controller the timing drops to 6 degrees every gear change and no were in the map does it drop that low.
half throttle usualy hangs aroud 33 32 degrees..

Ill wait to see what difference another tuner makes with the correct software on the laptop, if im still not happy ill have to see the FC and try a different mangement system..

There is NO way a 2500lb car should be getting 102mph traps with only 165whp.

My friend's old GSR pushed 104mph and had 270whp. B18C1 w/ Drag kit. (so that's a T04E 57trim / .63 Stage 3)

your friend couldn't drive for crap, then.

I ran a t25 boosted SR20 powered 91 SE-R to a 13.9 at 103mph, on street tires with a 2.1 60'. That thing was running 8-9psi and probably puttin down a screaming 190whp.

That's not something I would argue with. But there are plenty of Integras trapping 104-106 mph with the same whp.

Btw - I know of plenty of stock T25 SR20's putting over 200whp - at close to 8psi.
