civic powered b18c revhard turbo 320hp tuned
just want to share my turbo civic project:
First I want to thank shawn at Church Automotive Testing (CAT) for the dyno tuning. Finally reached 300whp mark goal.
here is my set up,
stock internals
hondata s200b
revhard t3t04E turbo kit
RS*R GT2 exhaust 60mm + silencer
RC 550cc injectors + walbro 255lph pump
RED/ORG curve is untuned, basemap with silencer 6.5psi (210whp)
Purp/RED (magenta) curve is 7psi tuned w/o silencer (270whp)
BLUE curve is 10psi tuned (320whp)
one thing I learned is that my turbo likes to breathe. removing silencer netted 20-25whp gain. Tuning netted 30-40 whp.
Last thing the drive home from the dyno was extremely fun!!! tuning was well worth it.

That is quite possibly the most rediculous thing I have EVER seen. I can't imagine rolling into a garage at 210 WHP, and rolling out at 320. Nuts man... very impressive!

Max,
Those are some real good numbers for your gsr on 10psi. I also had my car tuned at church automotive. My stock LS put down 289 whp and 222 ft/tq at 12psi on the dynapack dyno. I recently took my car to a dynojet dyno to see what kind of numbers it would put down compared to the dynapack dyno. At 11.5psi the car put down 255 whp and 222 ft/tq (torque doesn't change). As I recall shawn told me the dynapack dyno usually reads 10% higher than a dynojet and my numbers are about 10% lower on the dynojet. I then turned up the boost to 16psi on the dynojet and the car made 312 whp and 264 ft/tq. So thats about 342 whp on the dynapack dyno. Even if you take 10% off your whp your numbers are still impressive for only 10psi. Just wanted to let you guys know the dynapack vs. dynojet readings.

I've ditched the gsr intake manifold for a simple skunk2 intake.

That's really impressive to say the least
60mm isn't even a full 2.5" exhaust. open it up to 3" turbo-back and get ready to see some more gains

yeah, what he said. if ditching the muff gained some good HP, 3" pipe will work wonders.
good stuff
