Somewhere between 150 and 700 WHP.
"T3/T4" turbo and no boost level is way too vague. I've seen a T3/T70 turbo, that is still called a T3/T4. Or you could be talking about a T3/TO4B that will support 350 horsepower.

too many factors bro.....your engine is built already so blowning it up is not the concern. Looking at what has been done I'd say prolly 550+ since the head work was done along with valves and cams. Those heads really suck unless you work on them which you did...so as long as your turbo is big enough you can do anywhere from 142 stock HP to 550+...just depends on how you drive it?!

Re: B18B Turbo Setup, What Numbers to expect on DYNO?? (adseguy)
the turbo is a T3/T70. I have forgotten to add a few mods I have made so I will relist them all:
Motor is fully built:
B18 Block Sleeved
Crower Rods
Custom Pistons
9:1 Compression
Block Bored and Honed
Crank balanced
Lightened flywheel
Head is ported & polished
valves are done as well as cams
JG/Edelbrock Intake
LS Tranny with Quaiffe LSD
Head is "O" ringed with Copper Head Gasket
Walbro 255 Fuel pump
garett t3/t4(t70) turbo
custom intercooler
720cc injectors
Haltec engine management
What are your thoughts as to the WHP pn the dyno? 350WHP more, less....??

you still havent mentioned boost pressure yet...
id say with a fully built block, easily 500+ with good tuning.

The t3/t4 turbo is expected to max out at about 22-25 psi so considering that what numbers would you say??

a pt70 maxes out at 22-25 psi???
well ****, i dunno the specs on the pt70, so i couldnt say. if he switched out the turbo for something that flowed more, i dont understand why he would have a built block and a turbo that can only put down ~350 like some people are saying. if i were him, and had a situation like this, id ditch that turbo for something a LOT stronger.

If it's a master power T3/T70, we run one on a friends car and it made 650 to the tire with a lot more left in it. Instead of running a T3 housing cut out for a T4 P-trim wheel, the housing is the size of a T4 housing, just necked down to a T3 inlet flange.

Re: B18B Turbo Setup, What Numbers to expect on DYNO?? (@lbert)
Is it true that putting a bigger turbo on an LS motor is worthless because bigger turbos spool at higer RPM's and the LS head doesnt peak more than 7000-7500 RPM"s making a smaller turbo better for that setup??
Bigger turbos on a V-Tec head is ideal as they can rev up to 8500 RPM"S so the late spooling doenst really make a big deal.
What do you guys think??

You can upgrade the head (valves, retainers, cams, port/polish,etc.) and with the right engine management system, running an LS to 8K plus will definitely make some power. LS motors create more torque at a lower rpm also..if you didn't already know. Hell....I usually run mine up to about 7750rpm with a basically stock head.

The reason LS motors produce more torque at lower RPM's is because of the shorter duration and low lift cams, the long intake runners, and the comparably low head flow. It isn't something magical and special about the LS that will stick around with a fully ported head and big cams, because it won't.

Running it to 8k is possible same as running it to 8500 or 9000 but is it still producing power? What RPM does yours die at? BTW I am running a Haltec for tuning.

With a "basically stock head" your numbers are going to start tailing off by about 7000, maybe a little before that.
