Default b18b compression readings and fmu's

hello all.. i have an issue maybe you all can identify with.. i am getting ready to buy a boosted ls integra from a friend of mine..i had a few questions.. its got a piston and rodd swap.. 9.1 cr pistons with paulter rodds.. when i do the compression test what should it read?
i understand gsr's are around 200ish.. but this is an ls with even lower cr then stock..

2nd.. im wonderous about the fmu? he stated to me that theres 8lbs of fuel per every 1 lb of boost.. he says its a tiny bit rich.. it doesnt smoke (whatso ever)
if it was a little too rich you could im guessing smell it and see a little bit of blue smoke. the car is mine for the most part.. i just want to know what im getting into and a worse case scenerio.. hes stated that its had no problems at all in the 3-4k miles he put on it..

its a t25 turbo running 5 lbs of boost..

update.. the fmu is an 8:1

i was to buy another ecu and take it to evans or epic tuning asap.. i understand i will need new injectors (290s now),boost controller and p28?? ecu?? i was told id need the p28 instead of the ls ecu?? what would a smarter guy buy for this application..?? im a boost idiot.. any ideas or suggestions would be highly appreciated
