Default b18b and b18c turbo?? Again!!, sorry just had to ask.

i've been doing lots and lots of research but there seems to be this one question that has not been answered. i know pound for pound of boost the gsr will make more hp, but on the other hand the ls can take more boost.

so with that said, consider this; if both motors has only a revhard kit, stock motor, and tuned to the max which one well produce more hp. both motors taking as much boost as it can handle.

also both running on an after market engine management

The GSR would make more power and handle more boost.

I have the GSR motor in my 93 hatch, and it makes a hell of a lot of power, and I have ridden with an LS turbo swa in my friends car. The GSR feels 10 times better. Go with it.

maybe its just me, but from the research i've been doing there seems to be a whole lot more people with b18b pushing close to 300 hp compare to the gsr. it also seems that there are more people with turbo b18b than b18c1.
so i've jump to a conclusion to say that the b18b has just as much potential as the b18c1 but cost half as much; making the b18b a favorable motor to boost.

Feedback please!! Need to clear things up.

You see more people with LS motors because they are cheaper. If they had the chance to trade their LS for a GSR, they would do it in a second.
