B16A3 / Straight T3 Dyno Numbers - Really disapointed, need lotsa tuning!
Dyno'ed the Civic today with the basemap. What a disapointment. The charge pipe from the compressor to the piping coming from the IC kept blowing off. I forgot to weld beads on that one, all teh others that I welded beads on stayed perfect. We managed to get it tyo stay on till 7K on the thrid try, but the numbers suck. My AFR is fawked as well as the VTEC activation point, losta tuning to do there, as soon as the WB02 comes back from Innovate from being repaired. Here are the specs:
Engine/Transmission
- B16A3 Engine Swap
- GSR Transmission
- ACT 6 Puck Clutch
- Xtreme Pressure Plate
- 11lb Lightened OEM Flywheel
- 2.5" Aluminum Radiator
Turbo
- RevHard Cast Mani
- Spoolin Performance 3" Downpipe
- T3 63/48/60 Trim Turbo
- 29x8x2.75 Custom IC
- Tial 35mm WG
- 2.25" Charge Piping
- TurboXS RFL BOV
- RC 550cc Injectors
- Walbro 255lph HP Fuel Pump
- Crome Tuned Chiped P30 w/Datalogging
Dyno @ 10 PSI

As stated, it wasnt 17.5 in boost, that was before I punched the gas. It's called getting a baseline dyno before I tune so I can see just how well I am doing with my self tuning.

No misfire or detonation. The chopiness is cause some shops using smoothing on the graphs, some dont.

As you said it needs tuned. YOu also only revved to ~6800 so you didn't get to where the motor likes to make power.
Change it to Crome UNtuned for now.
