Default b16a turbonetics t3/t04e A/R?

I'm trying to put together a turbo set up for b16a. It will be a daily driver and I'm looking for 250hp with a pretty quick spool, but I also want the ability to crank up the boost at the drag strip and run 300-350hp. The two A/R that I'm debating between are .48 and .63. I guess the real question is, how laggy will the .63 be?

additional info-
stock b16a
full race header
full race intercooler and piping
tial 38mm WG
tial bov
precision 525cc
turbosmart eboost conroller
walbro 255lph

for most torque available in the usual 50,57, and 60 trim turbochargers (you didn't state WHICH T3/T04E that you have) the .63 is best. The .48 could work , but for a b16, the .63 has the better midrange for that size exhaust wheel/shaft

Thanks shodan, I've heard similar things since asking a few pros around town.
