B16A Del Sol Turbo Project - From the UK
Well here it is!
Nice and standard:
Here is the manifold, downpipe and intercooler pipework:
Massive intercooler and a few bits fitted to the car:
A little further with a black powder coated rocker cover:
Then with the front bumper back on!
More pics to follow soon!

Re: B16A Del Sol Turbo Project - From the UK (CivicVX94)
It is a twin scroll design from the Mitsubishi Evo 9 FQ360 - The turbo fitted is actually for a an EVO 9
got bored today and painted the intercooler and pipework black - getting black silicone hoses too

Looks like a pretty decent setup; however, i would have advised a smaller intercooler. There's really no need for such an oversized one...its just going to add to the amount of turbo lag you experience.

Re: (Schister66)
Know what you are saying - the design of the turbo/manifold is to aid spool so that will help a little and I am actually going to be building a performance motor in the near future and will be putting the boost up on the turbo for around 400bhp and if I get bored with that I will fit a hybrid capable of 550bhp (flywheel figues) so I hvae gone for an oversize one for future tuning

That makes sense then...planning for the future is never a bad idea. The boost bug bites hard and you'll never be satisfied...plan accordingly. That's my new motto
