You need to turn up the boost. That engine, with a proper tune, can support 300whp with ease. Also, your turbo is a bit large for your power goals. I know it's a little late to tell you that now, but keep it in mind if you're ever considering an upgrade. I had a 60 trim on my first setup and i loved it; however, after doing a little research, i bought a better turbo and it knocked my socks off...the difference in spool and power was amazing. Both setups were on stock block. I went from having a 60 trim to a GT3255b...spool from 4500rpm to 3800rpm and i made more power at EVERY rpm range. It was an awesome investment

Those numbers are comparable to when I was at 6-7psi on a greddy kit. Crank up the boost to 10 psi for the stock MAP. Your DP could be your biggest restriction. Do you have a pic? Great street turbo choice too.
The DP on the greddy kit sucks. I hit 15 psi with 215wtq, but between 5500 rpm and 8K my boost fell to 12psi. I ended up with 248whp. It was a blast though and pissed off a lot of cars.

i do not get traction launching on the street in 1st and 2nd
i dont think i would enjoy a quicker spool
i get boost about 4000rpms, not bad....

but it was just a quick tune, im sure i could of made some more power with tuning, but i just wanted to get a baseline before i cranked up the boost to 10psi
thanks for the comments everyone

The numbers seem kind of low for that size turbo. I was making 258 on 7.5lbs with a 50 trim t3/t4. Im currently making 305hp on 10.5lbs. its all about the tune.
if you want it though I have a never used 10.15lb 38mm tial spring I would sell.

Then you have some shitty tires. My setup was making 315whp/216wtq and had full boost by 3800rpm. No traction problems with my BFGs. I'm not saying you need to increase spool, but that powerband is not "ideal" in my eyes. Not trying to rain on your parade, but things could be a lot better if you care to listen to constructive criticism...

3 dyno pulls, and whilest your numbers may be 250 on 7.5psi, different dynos read differently.
I also just bought a tial yellow spring yesterday.
It will be in this weekend

what was the timing at? Better flowing exhaust will only help. Hp isn't really that far off for only 6psi on your setup. Try going open dp before you change anything. That will give you a good idea on how good the exhaust is flowing.
