That write-up is an excellent one, but it is with the head removed. To install with the head still on the engine, you will need an air compressor and a fitting to fit the spark plug hole to keep the valve from dropping. You can also use wet nylon rope fed into the spark plug hole with the piston at TDC to keep the valve from falling into the cylinder. Make sure you leave a little rope hanging out so you can retrieve it when your finished, lol.

Opps, there is another excellent write-up a few posts down of install with head on.
