B16 Turbo or Supercharger ? NEED HELP !
K i've be going back and forth wether to go all motor or forced induction. I'm not looking for massive hp or something that runs 10's. This car is a daily driver and need something somewhat realible. I kno there is no guarantee with any honda but i need some info. I kno that putting 2k into turbo vs all motor turbo will more powerful. I was also thinkin bout a supercharger only because u have to rebuild your turbo like every two years or so right? The car is a 95 del sol si with a full jdm b16 swap. I would like to keep my a/c and ps but dont kno if its possible, i would also like something about 220 hp around there maybe a lil more or less... what do u think i would appreciate it if only people that have delt with forced induction themselves would post and not oh my friend has this or that thanks for your info in advance....

A quality turbo should last for many years. Factory turbo cars go for over 100K miles. You can keep AC and PS with the right kit. 220 WHP shouldn't be a problem.

Once you make 220whp, you're going to want more and with a B16 that loves to rev, a supercharger just isn't the right match. I personally feel that a B series supercharger is about as useless as an All Motor build, but that's just me.

PSI doesn't mean a thing because the power output per psi from one turbo to another differs. The general rule is that low to mid 300s is ok...i'm at 315whp on a bone stock GSR and i'm doing just fine.
