b16 turbo build suggestion?
I had my car all finished and running strong just low boost while I was going to build a bottom but a few days ago the oil pump blew up. and my built motor has just gotten my focus
so far my build consists of
garret 60-1 82a/r stage 5
rld fab ramhorn
tial 44mm gate
ebay bov
aem fuel rail and regulator
walbro 255lph ho
650cc injectors switching to 1000cc or 1600cc
itr intake manifold
snow water/meth
I plan to use stock b16 head for now just because of money for now but I just had valves adjusted and head is in great shape
Now I nead a litle help with the bottom end part of things I am looking to make 500-550whp with this turbo and will be upgrading to gt35r later for above 600whp both of these hp setups are after the headwork tho I am just looking for any advice on bottom end parts this is what I was thinking
rs machines sleeved b16 81mm
b16 crank polished and balanced
eagle rods
je/srp pistons 10.0/1
acl bearings
oem water pump
oem oil pump
arp main studs
arp head studs
? headgasket
? timing belt
I am looking for a solid block that can handle the power levels I am looking for and rev to 9500+ Is there any parts on this list that are not good enough or is every thing good any help will be apreciated thanks

oem timing belt / oem head gasket
looks good otherwise. IMO your goal will be hard to hit with pump gas. 10:1, 9,500 rpm, pump gas and 18+ psi is a bad combo. also, go with the 1000cc injectors for drivability.
I had a similar setup and made 472whp on 20psi with pump gas on a 10:1 motor... dangerous though

Ditch the B16 block, pickup an LS block for cheap, have that sleeved and bored to 84mm and run that. You'll be suprised at what an extra .35 litres of displacement can do for you.
