i know somebody with a 00 SI running 12.7 with just 310's and MSD ignition. I have the same setup as you but with a DRAG kit and I wanna know what I'm going to run. with the difference in weight from a lighter car I'm assuming like 12.4 with decent traction.
my 2 cents

My friends setup was 92 civic si hatch, B18b, Rev-hard stage 2 @ 10psi, Drag radials, and the usual bolt ons, exhaust, ignition, injectors, afc ect.... Ran 12.4 @ 112? I know the 12.4 is right but the mph could be wrong.

I hit high 11's stock block, 14lbs tuned, custom turbo kit, haltech tuned, slicks. Not that hard to do, just have to know how to drive the car and hook up.

Re: b16 turbo,1/4 mile times??? (boosted hybrid)
did you sell your PMS? cuz im using it right now on the car and it works really good!!! idle kinda sucks though, it will idle perfect at one time then it will fluctuate on some!!! well, as soon as i can save up some dough ( cant spend alot right now baby on the way ) i will probably invest on a hondata....just because im keeping it my daily driver.

you should hit low 13's or even high 12's with you set up. It's all about the driving skills. Also try using slicks, I think you will see better times with some slicks rather then the drag radials.
