B16 increase VE above 5500rpm?
Hallo,
i've a complete stock B16 (stock head, stock cam's) with a GT28RS turbo and an equal length manifold on.
What can i do (best bang for the $) to improve my VE above 5500rpm till 8500-8600rpm.
i don't want to extend the redline further, so i don't need things that will work till 20k ;-)
hope someone can give me some hints... would be best to see any dyno prooved things but i take any advice too.

Re: B16 increase VE above 5500rpm?
i don't think it's the turbo.
Because it's at almost every boost level
and the compressor outlet temps are withing reason, so no fall out of the efficiency range.
Maybe backpressure pre-turbine, but if so, the effect should get worse with higher boost, which is not the case.
I'am also currently far below 350hp, so the compressor should be big enough... turbine is already the .82ar T3 housing with an external WG
