B16 CRX turbo question
I'm thinking about putting a turbo into my B16 swapped crx and I was unsure about if I need to move my radiator to the side some because the intercooler blocks so much air to it. I have seen people use half radiators, are these double thickness to compensate for their smaller size? Or can I just run the front mount in front of my radiator as long as I have a good radiator(putting in a koyo shortly).

Re: B16 CRX turbo question (b16sellout)
Right now I'm using a Neon halfsize radiator which fits better than the EG radiator because it's shorter, downside is it's only single core... I'm gonna overheat in the summer for sure But first I'm going to try ducting some air to it and making a radiator shroud. I've been running it for a month so far and haven't overheated yet, and I get stuck in some hella rush-hour traffic for 20 minutes 5 days a week.

Re: B16 CRX turbo question (raene)
I made 255whp on a stock b16a with a stock EX radiator. I live in south florida where it gets un-godly hot during the summer and I never exceeded normal water temp once. That should tell you something.

Re: (mattssi)
it all depends on the size of the turbo, i had to get a half size for my turbo to fit, and it still hits that rad, it sucks, i gotta get a new X member to mount the radiator better so it'll all fit nice. and no i don't overheat and i have a half sizer and a fmic that takes up the whole opening in my bumper
