B-ryan has a few questions on his GS-R going turbo

Alright so I have a b18c1 eagle crank , rods , wiseco pistons. Gonna be running a BorgWarner 177275 and I’m just wanting to know what injectors, clutch, intake manifold, and cams you guys think I should be running with this ?

The answers depend completely on your goals and your wallet. Since you are asking these questions, my first piece of advice is to learn how to read the compressor map and plot your engine flow on it. Garrett has a lot of info on how to read a compressor map. https://www.garrettmotion.com/racing...hoose-a-turbo/
Once you do this, you will likely realize that your turbo is inefficiently oversized, unless you have a >2.4L or you are going for straight line drag racing.

Whats your power target?

Ok so I’m trying to make as much power as I can with a stock block.. I know I should but I really do not want to open it and send it to get a css or anything . I do have arp bolts top and bottom and do plan on getting cams.

Ok then no problem. The problem is that turbo needs a divided t4 manifold and 2 wastegates that makes the cost very big.
Plus you wont probably see full boost before like 6000rpm probably.
Its a very "honest" turbo for the price really but its VERY big.I wouldnt get this turbo for target smaller that 600whp.
The t4 divided maniflod and 2x wastegates cost like at LEAST 1400 $.
If you DONT plan on forging it at lest with pistons/rods id go with something like this:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Garrett-Tur...0AAOSw379ccXIO
and this :
https://www.ebay.com/itm/SPA-Turbo-T...QAAOSw241Ygf3o

Total cost 850$ You save a good 550$ for a water methanol kit so youll have MUCH MORE reliable 300whp and more playfull setup. Without water meth i wouldnt target more than 250whp in 2019. Our engines are getting old and tired.
And you dont need cams or intake manifold or butterfly .
Get 750cc+ injectors and a whatever you like stage 3 equivalent clutch like fx300 or competition clutch stage 3.

The set up I have in the bottom end already is all forged including crank. I also already have a sheepy turbo manifold with dual 44mm tial wastegates with a divided t4 flange for the turbo.

The most you can make on stock sleeves will be around 450whp with E85 and a good tune. If 93 pump gas I would think you'd have trouble reaching even 400. And it may or may not last long at all at these numbers.

The turbo is way overkill since you can accomplish this with a regular T3/T4 turbo for example and make a much better power band, for an overall quicker and more enjoyable car. And you may as well not even worry about cams and IM since they will not be needed to achieve the maximum power that the sleeves will hold.

For injectors you could go with ID or FIC 1000's, or slightly larger if you want some room to grow.

Clutch, there are tons of options. Personally I run an Action 2MS.
