Autolite spark plugs. Have you tried these??
I came across a set of autolite ar3932 plugs. They are supposed to be racing plugs 2 stages colder than stock. They also have a copper core wityh cut back ground electrode. Have anyone ever tried these, and are they the way to go as a substitute for ngk's?

i wouldnt even consider putting an autolite product in a honda. NGK is the only plug i would use in a honda, especially one making big power. what make you want to use something other then NGK?

My brother had these plugs for his little setup. I was just curious. Thanks for the heads up. I've been using ngk 8's in my ride.

There's nothing wrong with autolites.
In my opinion there better then ngk..

x2, its all we run in our race engines. i have found they are much easier to "read" than a NGK plug. ill take an autolite plug over ngk any day !!!

please explain why not ? i think its more of a bandwagon thing
i have autolites in all my cars and trucks they work great on my DD truck my plugs last 80K an thats regular copper core plugs. i would say that different engines do perfer some spark plugs better when i run NGKs in my truck with the same heat range i get pings

i want the racing plugs and i was all over there site cant find **** for cooler racing plugs.</TD></TR></TABLE>
search for your stock plug first then get a reference to the race version of the plug and get a lower number to get cooler heat ranges
ex. my stock dodge uses 3924 stock but if i want cooler plugs i use 3923 or 3922 if i want hotter i get 3925

I use the Autolites or the NGK iridium with great success. I'd rather use the Autolites then the NGK copper plugs, but I like the NGK iridium the best but they are $$$

Re: (tony413)
i just use whatever the vehicle manufacturer recommends.
if honda recommends ngk, i use ngk, if toyota recommends nippon denso, ill use nippon denso.
if chevy recommends ac delco, i use ac delco, etc etc

and thats how it should be IMO. Why switch things up ? Oh because "you" the owner knows more about the car that they built and designed from the ground up, but I forgot, The owner knows whats best rather than what the manufacturer says is best.

the engineer also designs the car with regulations of passing certain laws not for performance. so please take that into account before making post like the ones you did.
the general idea is that if you turbo a car you get less MPG because more power means more fuel burned but thats not always the case now is it

ask yourself, what in the world is a turbo doing attached to my engine ? you know more than honda oem ?
honda built the car to be a commuter type econo box.
we have purpose built race engines... there is a differance.
