ATR mufflers?... any good?

I have a turbo charged ZC CRX and I want to upgrade to a 3" exhaust system. It needs to be a custom job inorder to clear my ST anti-swaybar. I am trying to find mufflers and cats at a good price and I've found this company in North Carolina called ATR. They sell 15" x 3" stainless oval mufflers for 129.95 and stainless 3" cats for 195.00.

Has anybody seen these and are they any good?
