I can't return this item, so is there any way I can make this work? I don't mind deleting the IACV but can the MAP be disabled or bypassed in k-manager(kpro) ? Can the MAP be mounted else where?
Did I get screwed?

You could use an AEM 3.5 bar MAP sensor or even any one of the MAP sensors listed in K-Manager. For the AEM sensor just drill and tap a hole somewhere in the intake manifold and bolt in the sensor. As for wiring you could buy pre-made pigtails off of eBay, cut off the original MAP sensor connector and then hook those wires up to your pigtail.

Wouldn't it matter where I put it, and at what angle etc? i'm not opposed to doing that, the wiring doesn't look too hard even, my fear is where to put it, surly it matters where it is placed. Thank you tho, I never knew that existed, I thought i'd be limited to the OEM Honda one, thus totally screwed.

This is the manifold on Childstars EK not my photo but the same unit.

There is no difference in function when the MAP sensor is mounted in the T/B or in the intake manifold. Get the AEM one and drill a hole in the bottom of that pretty intake manifold, re-wire the plug, and be done with it.

Edit: so that NPT fitting gets "tapped" into the plenum or worst case drilled and tac it on with a welder I have a feeling the manifold wall is way to thin to be able to thread it.
