Asked a million times fuel issue.
First, off I'm sure its been asked a million times. I have searced as good as I could on my cell, no pc right now so give me a break I tried searching. I have a 89 crx with a b16 swap. I am turboing shooting around 200 thru 250hp. I have obd0 ecu chipped with zdyne. I need to know what the best solution for fulling etc. Injector size, just using fmu and what ratio or fpr etc. I'm so lost on what to do for fueling thanks in advance.

DSM 450cc or 550cc is something you can use. and as far as the fuel pump, a walbro 255 is sufficient for you. as for FPR, your stock one is fine, or I can suggest a AEM FPR. 250hp on a B16 is not much of anything!!! so you don't need anything too crazy. Keep it simple

So I would just need the 550 and pump and resitor box and that be perfect as far as fuel goes? Would I have to increase fuel rail pressure, and if yes to. What.

nope. no increasing anything. 450cc-550cc DSM injectors( can find these pretty cheap) and a walbro 255 fuel pump(cheap) and your set. your car will need to be tuned for the larger injectors but that's it.

Phearable.net, xenocron.com. I would not attempt to try to tune this by yourself if your fresh at it. where are you located?

Hondoctors LLC
4550 Donovan Way Suite 108

although this is in vegas(and pretty far from you), there are more tuners than the list I found. I can't log onto PGMFI.org right now.

Re: Asked a million times fuel issue.
Get the car running with everything installed except injectors, and remove the wg spring and drive it to SLC or somewhere else that has a good tuner. I lived about 3 1/2 hours from the nearest tuner when I turbod my first car, so I learned how to tune on my own to get the car running good, then drove to the tuners after about a month.

Re: Asked a million times fuel issue.
Zdyne shouldn't have a need for an FMU. If you paid an arm and a leg for an ems but still used an FMU, you'd get flames to no end. BRE and turboedit can do obd0 for far less (virtually free), then there's converting to OBD1. If you HAVE to run with just stock pump/injectors and FMU, it will work for LOW boost. Same with a basemap on a chip. You still have to check the AFR's so you don't blow your motor. A motor build is far more expensive than a $200 wideband.

So between you two I have came to this. A new pump at the least, an fmu still don't no what ratio , and a wideband. At least from that I can c if I'm lacking fuel etc. I was hoping to get a deff answer, but I understand everyone has there own way. Also I don't have the zdyne gold its just a chipped ecu.
