Default artturbo and doughboy, theres two sides to every story

yes,i sold doughboy a inline fuel pump,i told him $50,the lowballer said he would $40,so I said ok,ill do it for forty,i didnt need it anymore,I SHIPPED IT TO HIM and the post office either lost it or he got it and tried to say the post office lost it,so if im a scammer than for that then i guess im a scammer, but there is two sides to every story,f@ck it,i was tring to do people a favor with the o2 thing since i ran accross someone who could get them a little cheaper,im not making a penny off of these so it really does not matter to me,you really think i would try to scam 10 + people at one time, how ther f@ck would i be able to get away with that,10+ people looking for me at one time,as for you doughboy,i dont know if you ever got the pump or what,i havnt talked to you in over a month, you havnt e mailed me to let me know anything one way or the other,i thought it must have showed up if you hadnt e mailed,i actually had to send it twice because the first time it went there was a problem with his adrress,so out of that $40 I HAD TO SPEND $10 ON SHIPPING,so ya,im a scammer you ***.i sold one to another guy on this board and he got his with no problem,im not sure what his name is here but his email i have and if anyone needs a ref ill give it to you,i have one negative out of 157 rating on ebay because of the same thing.anyways, ive said all im going to say.i am by no means a scammer

Re-write that crap so it's easier to read. Try using some periods and capitalization.

WTF i saved all my e-mails. i'll freaking post it on this board! i even filed a complaint with paypal and they didn't do ****. your *** was trying to say it got lost! why do i need to LIE! just pay me back my money and it'll be all good. i asked you to send it through UPS because i felt USPS wouldn't let you send it b/c of the 9-11 thing. but you did it anyways. here's 1 e-mail from august 10th:

i even created a post back then!! https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=258526. he didn't have nothing to say back then...and he sure as hell better not say anything now. if he does it better be "uh..uh i'm sorry here's your money for the fuel pump that i didn't send you."

FWIW

I sent a set of RC Injectors to RC Engineering. I sent them from Livermore, CA (Northern CA) to Torrance, CA (Southern CA). They were sent USPS Priority Mail Insured.

The package took 31 days to get there. Nobody knows why. Several trips to the Post Office made no difference. All I could do was wait and eventually, they magically showed up

Delivery Confirmation doesn't do **** for you since they cannot track a package that way.

Lesson: Send UPS or FedEx.

UPS just broke the wastegate actuator off of someone that I just sent a turbo to someone ( ), but you can always track your stuff. Just make sure that you package it in such a way that you expect them to kick it off the back of a truck.

IMO, USPS is good for sending bills and that's it!

I agree, but at least delivery confirmation let's you know it WAS delivered, not as nice as UPS to see exactly where it's at....oh well.

OMG, my english is bad enough but this guy needs a lesson in grammar....

Doughboy is cool...

I had to refund money to somebody once because I sent the package USPS and it was lost, while the buyer has had a few items stolen as well....technically it wasn't my fault at all...I sent it, his post office has a thief problems since he has some items that was stolen in the past as well...

but IMHO, both party should take a lost, if the actual seller actually did and can verify that they had sent the package....it's not fair if only one take the lost but not the other..

I sent something USPS insured and it took 2 months and it just got sent back to my house. I shipped another item to the same address with the same address label and it took 2 days.

UPS is much better and cheaper a lot of the time and you dont have to wait in the line at the post office!

USPS pretty much licks hairy *****. I shipped a turbo to Pennsylvania once and it took 4 weeks. The guy was cool and i told him I would file a claim for insurance but luckily it showed up.

i shipped an OEM Acura cd player to someone in Washington. The guy never got it after 2 months... so he filed a complaint against me to my Paypal. So then I filed a complaint against USPS, but they could not find it. So then I lost the cd player PLUS I lost $110 out of my pocket (To repay the guy). USPS =

And also, always have a tracking # to go along with the package, or else ...

Oh yeah, why is Arturbo's name doing in the subject line?

the best thing to do is delivery confirmation and insurance. hey... it costs a little more... but it saves alot of drama and bullshit when SHIET HAPPENS. at least there will be no excuses and no losses. it will be covered by insurance as well as your credibility. one things for sure.. if you did send the part... you should have kept the receipt for proof.

Insurance is the best way to go if using USPS. I recently sent my ecu back to AEM and had sent it with 3 day shipping. What I did not know is that it's not guaranteed 3 day so i got worried. It got there though on the fifth day, but besides that go with the insurance. You can't claim it for a month but it's safer to have. I claimed $2000.00 for my ECU. I actually was hoping someone would steal it. With it saying AEM on the shipping label and all, get me 2 G's, buy the Accell Gen 7 and call it a day!

if the fuel pump was lost..he should have taken it out on USPS!! why should i take a lost. i paid for a fuel pump, and should get what i paid for or my money back. his cheap a$$ was trying to save a buck or two by not getting delivery confirmation, which only cost about $.50 more. UPS would have been cheaper to send. all of this for 40 bucks.
