If you're using the Apexi PFC why would you want to keep the additional injectors? are you also keeping the AIC/MF2?
I have done a lot of research on PFC's for the RX7 (3rd Gen), maybe Mirai-Z will chime in, cause IIRC he has a DC2/ITR with FMAX kit and PFC.

BTW, how much boost do you plan on running? you should be able to upgrade to slightly larger injectors (and ditch the FMAX setup) and adjust the fuel maps with the PFC handheld terminal.
Besides, I hear that stock injectors on most Hondas are already maxed out on their duty cycles, something like 90-95% at redline (non-FI off course). You can really ad much more fuel, unless of course you raise fuel pressure.

im planning on only a daily 8lb of boost, even at the drags. a lot of people use the stock honda injectors on their setups, right? doesnt drag kits do that?

with an Apexi PFC you can just get some larger injectors and run the same fuel pressure as stock. The size of the injectors and fuel pump will be determined by the amount of HP you expect and amount boost you plan on running. BTW what is your setup? what car/engine? and any other mods done (fuel pump, FPR, fuel rail)?

Here's a thread of how the DRAG fuel delivery system works (Rising Rate Fuel Pressure REgulator?)
IMO you dont need to (or want to) run high fuel pressure and high duty cycle when going standalone (Apexi PFC in your case).

yeah, thats what i thought. how do i go about doing it w/ the fmax kit and their use of 2 additional injectors? there are already holes on the IC piping for those injectors so if i ditch them, then i gotta take it out and weld it. its just more money i dont really have. any suggestions?
my setup so far is just the fmax kit on a stock gsr.

The Power FC is a true standalone and it will perform in any engine configuration with any injector at nearly any boost level. I have been tuning with the Power FC for nearly 2 years and tuned several cars with it our our dyno. It is easy to use and super flexable.

ask around and just figure out some cheap adeasy way to plug up the ++ injector holes. you can ask MiraiZ and see what he did to plug up the holes, drop him a IM.
