Default APEXi AVC-R vs Turbosmart E-Boost2

Im searching for a boost controler and cant decide on which one of these i want. Ive narrowed it down to these though.

APEXi AVC-R or Turbosmart E-Boost2
What attracted me to them was ther boost based on gear/rpm.

Anyone running the turbosmart E-Boost2?
How do you like it and how is the boost by rpm?

I've tried installing the Turbosmart E-boost2 on my Integra, but somehow I was never able to pick up an RPM signal that the E-boost recognizes...

I've spent about 2-3 hours trying to get another signal, but I gave up eventually. I returned it and purchased an AVCR instead... Install was a snap and it works great. Can't go wrong with AVCR

In my write-up, there is also another method of setting it up that works great as well. The AVC-R works great and have never had any issues with it for the past 5 years.

I'm running turbosmart eboost 2- seems to work great! I have not used the rpm per boost, but have used the gear/boost and works well. Paul

I have an eboost too, and hopfully will be able to tune the rpm boost here within the next few weeks when I get tuned, but it looks very promising.
