back from the dead, has omni fixed the problem? I've been lookin into buying a map sensor, and would rather have a stock looking sensor, instead of installing a gm 3 bar. thank you

The OEM sensors I've modded I always sealed around the port (sensor glued to bottom plate). Omni seems to have them jammed in there, with the bottom case plug weakly sealed shut. The only way to break mine are to rip one mount ear clean off, or shatter the actual sensor.
What they really need is to put a spacer between the top and the sensor inside the case.

the scalar is 838
the offset is 31
mbar @ 5v is 4221
v @ standard atmospheric is 1.172
5v @ 47.14 lbs relitive to atmospheric press

Directly from omnipowerusa.com:
Hondata S300/S200/S200 Settings:
Scalar 838
Offset 31
Crome Settings:
Min: 34.7 mbar
Max: 4000 mbar
Koeov: 1.23 volts
Neptune Settings:
Scalar: 838
Offset: 31
AEM Settings:
MIN=0
MAX=4.8
LOAD OFF SET=0
LOAD SCALAR=4.0
Voltage to pressure (KPA) conversion
P= pressure in KPA 4 bar = 400 KPA
Voltage out/signal = 5 X (.002421 X P - .00842)
Atmosphere equals 1 bar or 100 KPA = 5 X (.002421 X 100 - .00842) = 1.168 volts @ 1 bar or 100 KPA
Also an update to the original post... We have been selling omnipower & hondata 4 bar map sensors for over a year now & ran them on our vehicles without one problem!

mtber, if I were to buy an Omni MAP sensor, you bet I will be only buying them from you...LOL Last thing I want is to go to a local vendor and end up buying some "old store stock"... That's why I hate new products that completely blow up into pieces or fail miserably when they first come out, and later down the road, they make it into a good working product.. ie: AEM C2DI...hah I still won't be buying them until 5 years later or something.

PS: 1 bar is not 1 atm. 1 atm is 14.7psi. 1 bar is 14.5psi If you are doing to run the math, it might as well be done correctly.
