Default .....Anyone willing to buy a set of Endyn custom 78MM ZC pistons with me?

The pistons are custom 78MM bore, and are designed for forced induction (ruffly a 8.9:1 CR).

I have to buy 2 sets to get them custom made, so I am wondering if anyone is looking for some?

Keep in mind the block must be sleeved out to 78MM for these pistons to work.

I do not have a definetive price on them yet, but they will most likely be around 500 with rings. Larry also told me, they will take about 3 weeks to make.

Thanks a lot
Bryson

I wish I had a ZC for my '87 sometimes. Currently can't afford to swap it again. It's currently my only running car. Out of 5 that's bad.

Bryson,

Why Endyn/ Would these be the Rollerwave design (his Wiseco modded ones) or something a bit lighter?

What would the CR be in a D16a6 if bored? Would Eagle rods fit no prob's?

Very curious.

Umm.....

They are the Weisco roller wave design. I would rather have a ZC specific piston over a generic JE or Weisco piston. Thats why I am first shooting for Endyn's.

I'm pretty sure the CR would be 10+ on a D16. The CR for the ZC with a stock 75mm bore with these pistons would be 8.5:1. Now with the 78mm bore it will be around 9:1 or a little less....add in the +1CR factor for the D16 and its around 10:1.

They would work with eagle rods no prob. Just have to notch the block.

I am not too sure if the pistons will even clear, so I would make sure they would work first.

Viren just IM'ed me about getting the Endyn set, so once I get a reply I will make another post with info.

Thanks Randy

UPDATE

I AM CURRENTLY BUYING A SET OF PISTONS

I no longer need someone to buy with me.

If you are looking for some custom Endyn pistons, just IM B18bturbo or Viren from VS racing. He can get you a set
