Sorry, even though I am a Garrett dealer I unfortunately don't have any feedback on this one. It is a really weird combination actually,on the compressor side the GT4082R has an 82mm Exducer and only a 58mm Inducer. Well the GT35R compressor wheel has a 61mm Inducer and 82mm Exducer which makes more sense THOUGH it has a smaller turbine wheel, I would think the GT35R would still have more potential. From the specs of the turbo I would either do a GT35R or actually jump to a GT4088R. Good luck on your search and IF you do get the turbo let us know how it works. It could be a HIDDEN SECRET and be an AWESOME AWESOME turbo and everyone will jump on the Bandwagon
I sell these turbos as well

I personally have not sold any yet nor gotten feedback yet. Geoff from Full Race has and he doesn't BS about #s and data, he doesn't release anything unless he feels it is perfect SO I would trust on that. For hard #s sorry I don't have them YET

The GT40R of course has a bigger Turbine wheel , the compressor on the GT4082R would be kinda like a 60-1 because a 60-1 has a 58mm inducer BUT can't remember the exducer. So you would have kinda like a t4/60-1 BB turbo

I too am a Garrett dealer, and have had only limited exposure to this turbo, and it was mainly w/ 2.5 litre 2 litre OPEL and Vauxhall applications. Otherwise the rest were on trucks. Characteristics were a bit different than the GT35R like you said, but it definately had a more top end, just weird spool characteristics for getting it. The inducer measurement was designed specifically (originally) for the VOLVO 345 series trucks that are in Sweden and Switzerland. But that was about all we knew or tested on it. It seemed like a good power potential for a 2.5+ litre motor, but not sure about the Honda setups.
