Anyone tried selling their turbo honda?
Anyone here able to get a fair price when you tried to sell your turboed honda? Or is all that $$ gonna go down the drain... Or if you parted it out first, were you able to get a fair market value for a formerly-turboed honda? I'm still trying to decide whether to go on turboing my car or sell the car and parts and get a 1g talon, as I will only need a car for another year or so...

I sold my turbo honda and lost alot of money in doing so. everyday that goes by i regret selling it but hey I did what I had to do. at this point I dont regret it because I have another project car that will have at least double the output. I sold my eg hb with a turbo b16 for 10k. the car was worth alot more then that but who the hell woul dpay more then that for a civic.

Take one $20,000 car, add a $4,000 turbo to it. What's it worth now? About $13,000. Why are you even asking... performance parts are the kiss of death to resale value.
Why not also put in a six-point roll cage while you're at it... that'll help too.
Resale value is NOT why we do this stuff. You get the fun out of the car, and you'll never get the money back, that's how it works.
