Default Anyone tried the NOS plate on a GSR

I'm curious about the NOS plate for GSR manifolds. I'm a poor Texas boy and I just cannt afford boost. I've been hittin my car with 50 shot wet for several months now. I wanted a bigger shot but my current clutch wont hold it. I'ma bout to swap in a CM stage three and was considering stepping up to a 100 shot. The car is basicly stock with a FEW bolt ons. So I was considering using the plate system instead of going DP. Anyone have any experience with them, and what kinda times were you turnin. Did you break anything while using it? ANy help information would be appreciated.

Is your motor built in any way or are you spraying a stock bottom end

I had it on my gsr in 00, It hit hard, I never got it tuned, i ran a 14.0 @ 105-106(couldn't hook. But we soon found out that the fuel pump had came ungrounded and the timing was set to 0 We fixed it and the car pulled like a ****, but unfortunately i blew it that night on my first pass @ the track , I was on slicks and im sure i could have managed a high 12 out of the car.

I say say save your $ and go turbo, build a custom kit and just buy things as you go. Like they say good things come to those who wait

I had one on my GSR a long time ago... stuck with a 75shot and it was nice.. although i didn't install it at the time, I did watch and it wasnt that hard, just time consumeing if you want to make sure it's done right....

you could get a bigger pump to help with the fuel... and a new clutch in about 3 months.... (mine lasted 3 months with a 75shot ... the stock GSR clutch taht is)

if you have a little extra.. i'd go with a direct port setup.. it's much safer...
