Re: Anyone running EF-1 Springs and Retainers? (PWRVTEC)
I'm running EF-1 currently. I'm only rev it up to 8000rpm on my break-in motor. I will take it up to 10,000 rpm when I'm finished with the turbo kit installation.

we have been selling a decent amount of springs and retainers.
I know johnzm takes his motor to 11k or higher almost daily. if that isnt proven performance and reliability i dont know what is
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=615539
or ask people on the ef-1 board with their experience with our springs/retainers
afaik, no one else offers a spring/ti retainer with lifetime warranty
on another note, the ferrea spring/valve/keeper/retainer combo setup is pretty good too.

Re: Anyone running EF-1 Springs and Retainers? (Bob-DC2)
I run them aswell..here's the setup
B18C1
EF-1 springs/retainers
gsr cams (soon to be M21's)
SC61 turbo
revhard mani/downpipe
9 lbs flywheel
action 2md clutch
and a bunch of other bolt-on stuff
so you can see even being a boosted motor with a light *** flywheel it does good all the way to 9K and I even miss shifted and hit over 11K on hondalogger and it didnt miss a beat.
